I need job advice....Not hopeful with chances.

    Just got my DAC report from hireright.

    Theres no accident on my report.

    Would it be on my MVR? or would the DAC include that.

    Get a copy of your MVR and check it.
    Next company will find out either way since an insurance company had to be involved.

    Ok, then put it on your job applications. There's companies that will hire you. Always submit job applications before any phone calls.

    TCW declined,
    FAF pending 3 days no update(pulse app)
    Hub group spoke with recruiter told her id take whatever was open. Pay wasnt what i was expecting but i'll pay my dues again and not ####up this time. Hoping this goes thru.

    You may have to go back on the road until that falls off. Accidents are a big deal. In the era of CSA 2010, you almost have to be perfect. You're accident being so recent will make it difficult to get one of the higher paying jobs. I had an accident in 2016, and I had to take less than stellar jobs till it fell off. It will stay on your MVR for 3 years. You're gonna have to take whatever you can get until then
