I only need about 5 hours of sleep and I'm good, what should I do with the remaining 5

    A professional follows all their industry regulations. They might not agree with them, but they follow them. That's the difference between a plumber working on huge job sites getting great money and the handy man fixing Mary Jo's plugged up sink for 10 bucks an hour.

    Slow down and enjoy your meals and your showers.
    If you've got nowhere to go... relax.

    Read. Expand your horizons.
    It can become addicting to learn new stuff.

    Try to save your short sleep cycle for later in your 10 so your drive time will be more fresh.

    I recently dropped off some mammoth granite slabs for a multi-million dollar mansion near St. Louis. Those guys were professional as ####. Hardly any Mexicans.

    Oh, and as a side note. The other truck that delivered before me nearly lost his load without realizing it. I was keeping an eye on those things and they were trying to wander so I kept putting more securement on them, while the other guy just hooked and booked.
