    What!! Man!! Knight/Swift own every #### companies out here!! But they are run separately right? Swift might be paying better than them but I heard Swift is notorious for putting rookies training rookies in trucks... So I want a good training also, besides the pay.

    Currently...Swift is the better choice. Look at it like this...get ALL you can get out of a starter company without a contract involved for the road training. Plus, tuition reimbursement. They have training monitors that make sure of proper training.

    Hmmm... I'll look Swift up and see what they offer. But... Are the horror stories true? Do they put trainees in the truck training other trainees?
