Not sure what the problem is with inward facing cameras? I've been driving trucks for the last 6 years with the cameras installed, they are there to protect you not to spy on you. And in the future possibly all the major companies will have them. So to miss out on a job just because of camera and staying unemployed I know the choice I would be making. But it is after all your choice in the end just hope you find a good job soon mate.

 

I've never heard of a driver getting fired for picking his nose, or even flicking the booger out the window. Personally, if I'm ever in a crash I'll be glad to have video evidence I wasn't looking at my phone or dozing off or whatever else a dirtbag personal injury lawyer might want to accuse me of.

 

Our cameras don't operate when the vehicle is stationary. And it continually tapes over, and only saves the video and transmits in the event of a critical event like hard braking or a collision. So unless you plan to walk around naked while driving, I don't think this is a legitimate concern.

 

Not so much anymore. Too risky.
