I get what you are saying, same as banks saying you get a 5K or 50k credit limit. The big problem is you're judging someone's ability to make a living, not how well they can pay credit back. Therefore it should be illegal. You have to be convicted in a court of law before something goes on your "papers"

Shouldn't even be a thing. Same as saying you can't do the job because you're too old. Or too Black, or too White, or too Male or Female.

It's discrimination, as has been defined by law.

Only this one applies to truckers only.

 

Where can I go find a lawyer that deals with cases like this.

 

Hire an attorney in the jurisdiction where the alleged offense occurred. Any lawyer can handle this.

 

Because they don’t care about you.

 

I would start with all those billboards on the big highways advertising " Injured in a truck accident, we're here to help".

Those are the attorneys who have deep pockets, that can put together a class action lawsuit for us truckers concerning DAC reports.
