I quit my current job for Beeline services inc in Baltimore MD

I have briefly spoke to them already, they are hiring for a full time position. They also offer extra weekend work if you want to make extra money on top of your weekday full time work. I am currently waiting for them to complete the background and screening, and I need to take a drug test next week.

After they have completed all the FMCSA clearing house, background, criminal, driving record screening and verify I meet all their requirements, they will be asking me "when can you start?"

Only after they start asking you "when can you start" do you start the negotiation process. They wont give you the time of day answering your 50 questions or be willing to make a deal and enter negotiation with you until after you prove you can pass all their screening and meet the requirements.

So its no point in trying to get into serious talks early on..... you have to wait.
