There are two kinds of workers. Those who will do what it takes to find a company they're happy with and those who will ##### and moan about the company they're at and never do a darn thing about bettering their work environment.
I spammed the site about Schneider and my posts got moved here

Go work for an LTL or Food Service outfit or a Ready Mix outfit. It'll likely be by the hour and have a pension and union representation.
If I wasn't an O/O, that's what I'd do. These company gigs are mostly BS.
You're absolute right in wanting to be paid for everything you do, but there are plenty of idiots that don't care. People that, if they have enough left over for beer and smokes, they're happy. It's hard to compete with people like that.
However you need to look at the bigger picture. Insisting on itemized pay for every little thing isn't going to work. Take your wage, by week or month and divide it by your effort and decide if it's worth it or not. Sounds like it's not.Last edited: Nov 14, 2013

This is exactly right, you just have to take your income for the month and decide if it works for you. -
Oh and to the OP, you need to take a step back and realized that you do have an attitude problem.
-
You say over 52 weeks you average 1000 miles a week. You have absolutely no credibility when you make obvious exaggerations like this. 150 miles per day? Bs. You claim to put in constant 13 hr days, yet we're supposed to believe you sit getting unloaded and loaded 10 of those hours while driving for 3? Lol

A lot of companies will use drivers but there is a polite respectful way of not doing what they ask without getting paid then you can keep peace between you and your dispatcher. But when you throw a temper pissy fit like this poster has not from day 1 of this thread, that will get you no where but the unemployment line along with a bad recommendation from Schneider.

What's wrong with attitude??

Nothing but this guy has went on and on and on and on about how horrible Schneider treats him.Its like give it a rest. After reading many of his posts im beginning to think he has no one to blame but himself for what has happened.I would love to hear what his dispatcher has to say.
