Hey guys I was wondering if yall could give me some info on the trucks. Like do they have inverters in them or if not do they let you get one installed. And what size refridge will fit. Just getting everything together and dont want to buy the wrong size things.

Thursday and Friday were tough. Got put on a load that would use up my hrs so that I couldn't get a 10hr break. I did an 8/2 split. I was still a half hour late! Spent a couple hours at the truck stop, lots of diet dew and I made it until my next shipper three hours later. Then I sat for five plus hours, and discovered they had removed me from their computer. Some guy pulled into my dock. I would not have known had this not happened. I had to rack out for three hours after I was loaded just to get home after a drop and hook in NAS. I was like a bobble head doll. I was scared to death I would hit something in the yard. That was at 0330 this morning. Made it home around 0600. I'm pretty sure I screwed up the macros for the load I'm taking out tomorrow. I'm tired, seriously tired. Going to go to bed and try to get 10 hrs in the rack. I'm pre planned until Tuesday. I hope the weather doesn't take a crap. Going into ky tomorrow and I have to travel some back roads. My FM has been awesome helping me manage hours and getting things done. He said I'll remember this trip. I told him I would take this memory to the grave. I'm still stressed but not as bad. Other drivers at the locations have been awesome! It's nice to be going even tho I'm wrung out. Heck I met an Averitt diver who gave me an xm radio head.

I studied the book on Hazmat and several different websites practice tests. So, I had it down pretty well. Luck does help in which test you get too on any CDL exam. -
Not a bad start to the week. I headed out Sunday afternoon for Columbus, GA. 0400 Monday delivery at a grocery warehouse but they'll take you after 1600 the day before. I got there and the lady in receiving tells me my appointment is for 0400 on Wednesday. Nice. Turns out someone didn't get the appointment changed before they left the office on Friday. Weekend dispatch had me drop it at the Macon yard. Yesterday I was dispatched to Hazelhurst, GA to pick up a load headed to Memphis. Got loaded up and drove 57 miles to the nearest cat scale. I was over gross by 180 pounds. Had to head back to Hazelhurst to get the load lightened a bit. That took two hours waiting to get approval from the customer to take off one item. Ended up at Fulton for my break and finished the load off to Memphis today. 1100 miles on Tuesday afternoon. No complaints.
Hope all is good in your world. -
I'm sitting in Dunkirk now got here early and everyone had left. They told me to just back in and they would unload me in the morning. I'm sitting on 1400 miles now and a pretty fair piece from home. Hoping to get in some time Friday so I can cheer the wife at her first 5k on Saturday.
I wish I could get my backing down. This longer wheel base tractor is driving me crazy. I was 100 under Max gross so the tandems were out pretty far. No excuse tho.

Cory I guess they are trying to tell you should have stayed in your old position, as my trainer told me welcome to truckload. I thought Ive heard both times at orientation our fleet is two to three yrs. old. You should see my 2007 freightliner columbia with 715,000, its used up!!!But oh well you deal with it as long as you have too. I hope your change works for the good, I will be in touch. Ive been getting around 2,000 miles a week, be safe.
