I suspect my company swapped engines. Is it possible?

That'd be too easy to bypass by idling with the service brakes released. Not too useful a metric for warranty work.

 

So have you gotten to the bottom of this? What's taking you so long to get an answer?

Cascadia has 2 ECMs , mcm and cpc. cpc is located in cab .

 

ecm mileage can be adjusted to dash mileage. it's a one click when using diagnostic software.

 

Happened to me.
I love fixing my cars and trucks. Sometimes on weekends I would work on my car on my driveway. I had a crazy neighbor. 65 years old men who would see everything around suspicious. He said yes, you did it. I parked my car last evening here , you changed the engine. I can't start it now. Only you could do it in this neighborhood. It was old Cutlass Ciera.
