    One great thing about the larger, laminated version of the RM atlas is that it is much much heavier and helps me stay awake. All I have to do is store it in an overhead bin and drive on rough roads. A good thump on the head every now and then and I don't need to drink as much coffee.

    Just wait until you load in Norman, Arkansas at the bottled water plant and don't have so much as a cell signal. That road atlas comes in handy then lol!

    GPS devices use a satellite signal, not cell towers.

    I'm well aware of that. I'm talking about the use of online resources in lieu of an actual map.
