I think I'm being BRUSHED OFF by a Knight /Squire Recruter....

I can see why you have been frustrated---a lot of vagueness, plus very poor 'customer' (you want to give them $$$) service & follow up! I've seen instances like this B4 where one person has quit, is not yet replaced, and another will be coming on. Ball dropping & confusion!

BTW, I was trained as a team driver, where my trainer got all the miles, and I got $55/wk...

Just curious...but of those female Knight drivers, how many were single and how many were married?

    Times must be changing.

In my 10 yrs in the industry, I never met a 'married female driver' who wasnt teaming with their husband...met one whose husband was off the road at home due to injury one time, but planned on rejoining her at a later date.

I think one of them was part of a team, another had a disabled husband at home (only in their 50's) But why should it matter- If the wife is away driving or the husband is away driving, . Many married couples have spouses that work out of town, look at all the military families.. If the people don't have a solid relationship any hardships are going to put it to the test. I have known people get divorced after they retire because they couldn't stand living with each other- it can go both ways.

True, but women usually demand more social interaction; whereas, men are more content at being loners (as I said earlier)...There is 'Solitude' and then there is 'Loneliness." 2 different states of being alone on the road for long periods of time. Obviously, it doesnt apply to 100% of either, but is just a general psyche trait of the difference of the 2 sexes.

Great. But you still need to go thru 4 weeks of CDL school prior to going out, right?
