    TMC all the way. The worst thing about trucking are the health effects. With flatbed thats less of an issue. And it opens you up to some of the highest paying positions. Oversize mainly. And after that you can do anything in transportation.

    TMC sounds really good with some really great earning potential, assuming it will play out the way I think it will with the way I plan to run. Melton just is all in all a good sounding company with great insurance, and Boyd has the highest pay for starter companies that Ive come across yet, 38cpm....

    If your not afraid of work then percentage pay would be a good way to go. I think that would work for you as you are in Ohio.
