    I think he’s just saying it’s no longer a paper permit so you’re acting in good faith as a carrier that there’s been no clerical error on OR’s end and as a driver you’re acting on good faith that the carrier is doing things properly.

    That’s true, I am going on the fact that there is ethics from the carrier. But we know there is little amount of ethics in this industry
