    i don't care that much about the pay I only want my 1 year experience as a OTR driver. I only don't like that I get a automatic restriction

    I agree that’s why I chose Schneider. I seen nothing but horrible reviews for that company. I know no company is great. But it’s the worst starter company by far. I wish u the best just giving an honest opinion on the research I have done.

    Call a recruiter and speak with them is all I can tell u I’m not sure about Cali I live in Missouri maybe Chinatown might be able to point you in the right direction

    My problem is I don’t have a long work history in the US that’s why it’s hard for me to find anything better. Swift and CRE offered me paid training and school. I read negative reviews about both companies.

    they have u sign one but it’s not binding till you take the bus to school or if u drive arrive there.
