Take an 81 mg aspirin every day. Thins the blood a little. I've been doing that for probably 25 years or more.

Sure as long as you make the appointments. You can stop as often as you want.

Can you guys please tell me roughly how many days a week you guys work on the average when you're doing over the road, regional, and or local? can you choose What days to work? What happens If for some reason you don't get sleep one night and it would be dangerous to drive the next day, can you start driving later that night or the next day instead?

You don't choose which days to work. Sleep as much as you want as long as you make your appointments. It's all in the trip planning which you will learn in CDL school, private or trucking company cdl school.
Most OTR trips are planned at 45 or 48 mph. This is done to account for traffic delays such as congestion or weather. It's usually a proven method to ensure the driver makes the appointments.

Prime Inc. reefer drivers make real good money.
I'm not pushing the company; that's just the fact.
Can take a pet and the girlfriend. Trucks are very nice.

What do you guys think is a good fresh out of school pay for a cdl class A truck driver? (Cents per mile, or $ per hour) ?
    What should I look for?
Any other tips on what bad deals or bad types of jobs I should not get?

Best paying OTR jobs for new drivers are Refrigerated and Flatbed, in that order.
