@chinatown PTL is the type of company i may need but sadly i am not in there Hiring area as you stated they do have a refresher course which may have worked for me Thanks for the info and help though i did send them an inquiry anyways asked for the state so if they still contact me it may still be an option

so only 1 phone call from a recruiter and it was CRST. i have read up on them and there not a choice i want to do but may have to
there pay is crap .22c a mile split miles between co-driver to start and increases every few months 6 months at .31c but if i do go with them i would only stay 8 months to complete the obligation and look for a much better company. I havent giving in yet though. I didnt even submit a full app there yet either, I would prefer solo driving as teams isnt really my gig. unless the co-driver was a good driver and got along well.
I may just get a CDL on my own but have to find a truck to use for the driving test which is a bit of a challenge. if any ideas for this please post im in the phx az area.
Knight has not called or returned my calls or e-mail messages so i have to assume they wont consider me. applied to all the known will train carriers that hire out of my area as of today yes even (cringe) cr england
as well as swift but not warner I went to the school they hire out of here in az and they refused to officially graduate me due to arrows policy on training time. I filled out all the proper paperwork but they knew my last one was not done with a trainer (a weekly progress report thing) even though they prehired me out of ait and ait said it would be ok but somewhere after that there policy changed i guess so Aarow was no longer acceptable to them. but in no way am i saying Ait was a bad school IMO they were great but the office people sucked...end rant....
