I reread the OP. Didn’t realize he only had 2 months at Prime. Sounds like maybe quit in training or right after or fired. Perhaps there is more to the story ? Fired perhaps. I don’t know. But I’m seeing Red Flags including attitude.
Still with the tight labor market I’d think someone would take him. Just not the high paying cream of the crop companies.
Go drive a dump truck for a year. Get experienced. -
I don’t have a bad attitude I’m a nice guy!!
The issue is I don’t want to do over the road and that’s the reason that I didn’t go back to prime after my eyes got better and you should’ve seen them. I looked like Rocky Balboa beat me up. My wife didn’t like me over the road so that was the end of that.
I could get a job driving a straight truck or something like that but that does me no good as I’m not using my Class A and driving a combination vehicle. It’s useless experience. I’ve driven dump trucks chipper trucks bucket trucks drive a school bus for a year I have other experience it’s just 15 or 20 years ago.
i’m just trying to get something driving a tractor trailer that’s fairly Local. I could go back to prime in January I could go to any number of OTR companies right now but like I said over the road doesnt Work for my family. Thanks for the response man!Trucker61016 Thanks this. -
Chinatown Thanks this.

I guess you might "luck" into a linehaul position that 10 other guys aren't looking for, but I'd expect it to take more than your couple months experience.
Sometimes it sucks, but to achieve goals, you gotta embrace that.
Or, just kick back and ##### "why not me" -
Here's one to note for the future:
