You can't compare a 73' Torino with class 8 truck, I can guarantee you, you can't measure the change if any!!!

one thing is lowering body parts the other is that actual lowering of the truck itself its apples and oranges you just cant compare.

    #1 Looks good
#2 How come I keep hearing flat black on a frame? Guess I never was impressed by that look bc of where I'm from, after a year all frames are flat black bc of the road chemicals...I think a bright as all get out accent color would be way hotter (for the frame) on a flat black truck. Just a thought from a fan of good looking iron :)

i hear you bud thanks for the complement. i actually wanted to just keep it low key as in color tone as possbile. i would like to either repaint it professionally flat black or go with a real bright purple dont ask me why i just been a fan of the dodge type purple with some TALL donkey 8" Rodd and pickett setup on my truck with tanks and boxes would look real bada$$ in my opinion. ITs also more about the price of a couple can of paint compared to someone wanting to charge me big $$ i wish i could take her apart and do her from scratch new bolts and paint, but it just aint happening shes a working truck and the lil money that does go into her for chrome isnt even supposed to be going into the truck, so im even amazed at how it even got this far.

Awesome. I have a 96 Freightliner 112 I’m thinking about turning into a rat rod it’s a day cab was wondering how to lower it. Bought it as a parts truck with blown motor got everything I need off of it so now just wanting to do something cool with the rest of it.
