    I would say that if they are telling you that you need to pay for the repairs, than yes. It is however not going on your driving record if the police didn't respond.

    there was no damage but company fired me and said the reason was that i hit a parked vehicle. but it wasnt a parked vehicle it was a chassis for that the same

    Let me go out on a limb. You said, "no damage", right? Who reported this and why? There is such a thing as being too honest.

    I go down the road and see painted on side of a tractor, "so and so, 5 million miles safe driver". I say to myself, "you ain't told everything"

    You hit an object there driver. You ain't supposed to do that. I'm like the other guys, if the police weren't called and nobody saw it, better to keep your mouth shut. People really need to know when to talk and to stay quiet.
