Remember, Education loans are not dischargeable in the US Bankruptcy Courts. Most of the time the schools will keep getting your DMV information and start garnishing your pay, and their judgments will follow you. They have been known to levy bank accounts. I remember one story where I think it was Drivers Solutions that was able to get a property lien. I don't recommend breaking those contracts unless you can find another carrier that will assume it. THIS right here is the primary reason I recommend using a Tech school if one is nearby. About 3 years ago I helped a guy get into the program at North Georgia Tech in Clarksville Ga. They provide room and board. It was a perfect setup for him and he got his CDL. Today is working for Crete doing pretty dang well last I heard!
