I’m glad I have four way lockers and snow tires. Empty or loaded I move rather easy so far.

Wow that's steep. When we had truck breakdown 100 miles from home it cost a little less than a G. That was with him coming from outside Scranton to the del water gap. Must of got one of the honest ones

Basically a cop called the tow truck for me, which I had no problem with him doing since I had no phone signal where I was at.

So the tow truck gets there and pulls me on to a part of the road where I could gain traction again(I was empty)

I ask the wrecker guy how much it will be an he ignores me. Then proceeds to hook up the truck n pull me out. It took about 5 minutes.

I'm about 2 miles from the shipper so we meet there to finish everything

My company is taking forever to get the information needed, wrecker guy is getting irritated. After about 30 minutes he tells me I have 5 minutes before he takes everything with him. I tell him I just got off the phone with my company and they needed to know what the cost was before they can give me a reference number to give to him. He finally tells me it's $800 right now, in another 5 minutes it'll be $1000. I ask him how much is it an hour he says $450

I kid you not, around 2 minutes after this exchange he gets out n tells me they gave him his reference number and he's good.

So today my company sends me an in voice(I lease) and the total charge was $1400 with 3 hours of labor??

I'm kinda confused by this. Should I do anything or let it go?

Also what can I bring with me to avoid getting stuck in snow again

Wow! You got bad/horrible service and on top of that you receive a high chargeback to u. I had similar experiences with wreckers being rude as if their doing you a favor. Smh
