Bankrupt is a divorce after a 25 year marriage.
This is five years later.
I may still be struggling but I am on the other side of Hell.
You all are honestly making me want to quit before I start.
I own a modest place.
Maybe I should just get a job at a burger joint.

If it's something you want to do don't quit, just set yourself up for a win. You can make a bunch of money out here on the road or you can make $200/Week at cre. Here's one that will train new drivers. Will you get rich overnight...no but my neighbor has driven for them for a few years now and is doing okay for himself.
Truck Driving School
If you like physical work you can get into the line of work I'm in. I drive a truck for coca cola so I have to unload the truck too which is a lot of work most people don't want to do but I'm home everyday, paid hourly, and make more money than most otr drivers...there are companies like mine that will train also. You have options, just ask questions and check out all that you can before making a jump.

 

A dot medical should only be 75-125 bucs depending where you are... don’t go with a bad company to save 100 bucks...

Yes. That is so true. He brought me over those mountains time and time again. I don't know how a trucker can journey a day without believing in Him. Many times on the road it was just me. and Him. But. He always put good people in my path.

No first hand knowledge, but it is my understanding they push a lease pretty hard. You DO NOT need that headache just starting out.
If you feel you made a commitment, then see it through. Most any job is what YOU make of it. Look for doom and gloom, you'll find it. Look for learning and gaining experience? Then you'll find that.

Good luck with whatever life throws your way. With your attitude, I think you will do fine, wherever you land.
