I don't. I saw it once from across the East River. My daughter was born that night, and all the TVs in the waiting room, triage and the recovery room had it on. I turned it off. I turn off all videos when I see it.

The Wal-Mart in my hometown there's two homless people who lived in the Walmart lot for several months in those truck bed campers. I asked a friend who worked there, he said manager don't care so long as there's open spots.
Doing a complete inventory of every vehichle that comes in and out of a spot like this is a time ($$$) consuming task that has few business benefits to WM. I'm looking at the very WalMart in this article on google earth, it's on the cross of two four lane arterials, between two housing subdivisions, and in a complex containing four other big box retailer, AND it's in a town that's a major transit point between the California coast and I-5. no one is counting cars coming in and out. -
