    I am responding to the thread "Discuss Your Favorite Trucking Company Here". I work for Rands Trucking Inc out of Lady-smith, WI. Family owned since 1982 and pay hub miles. They take care of us greatly and get us home when ever we want. I currently leave Sunday nights and get home Fridays. They even pay us $100..00 to take our 34 on the road. We get stop pay, Hub pay, and bonuses. We work completely legal and still make great monies.

    I looked at there website and one of there home offices is were the first post is from. They do seem to be small enough to know there drivers. I do like the hub miles thing but they don't say what the cpm is.
