It was a tough situation. He had maybe 3 months experience, I've been out here 14 years. I sat with him in his cab, after moving my truck forward so he could get into his spot, and exchanged info with him... I was cordial with him and we must have talked nearly an hour about alot of the industry and was able to give him a few tips to help him out. Biggest was that next time he just hit an exit ramp.. the on side, for his 30 as it would be safer. I don't condone parking on ramps, but if it is for a 30 and he is going to be awake (this time he just wanted a place to eat his cold dinner) its much safer for him and others in these tight rest areas where people park to benefit themselves and don't think about anyone else. It was a sucky situation being woken up near midnight to a bump, but there was no need for me to be anything less than cordial to him. Nice guy overall, and at the end we shook hands and I went back to bed.

Unless the truck was unoccupied at the time. Reminds me of a midroof Cascadia I saw at the Flying J in Cheyenne,Wyoming late last year. Even with a grill guard on it the passenger side of the hood and headlight was torn up six ways to Sunday-and it was parked in one of the middle spots in the front row.

Yeah, but think of how much more you would love a decent truck that was paid for.

This was at exit 36 on 75 in Ohio. A piolet. It was parked in the end spot by the green pumps. Facing. The back row

I think those green pumps are LP. But I'm really not sure.
