    I mean, if you can put all the rest of that together, you'd think the dude could come up with a name.

    Oh im not disagreeing just playing devils advocate here. most of the other info is easy. Just snap a picture of the side and jot down the trailer plate number. Most 4 wheelers dont know the plate on the truck is diffrent then the trailer. A lot of 4 wheelers also dont know about how USDOT tags work and their public info. Same as car plates. Not hard to run them.

    Before 1981 you had a Serial number. Next to no one except manufacturer can trace them.

    She would have a hard time finding anything. The vin on a T is only the engine #. Which also sets the date of the car.
