I would not pass the medical to get a CDL. Is there any way I can still get the CDL?

To answer the original question........

You USED to be able to obtain a CDL without a medical certificate.

However I believe the law has changed now, at least in my state it has.

I still have my cdl, but I no longer have a medical card.

Here is something that shows the cdl will lapse at 60 days if the medical card expires.
