That's interesting. I wonder why. Wasn't it something else before?
-
dunno. Only seen it as a petro:2 in my 2 years out here.
-
It was a petro 2 back in 1999. I rarely run that road anymore.
-
What exactly is a Petro 2 ?
-
Petro 2 is a smaller scale version of a Petro Stopping Center. Usually with a fast food joint, a couple showers, c store, small parking lot. Basically like Petro's version of a Love's or Pilot. Just a fuel stop. No lounge, theater, laundromat, etc.
A few like the one east of Montgomery, AL, Kingston Springs, TN and the one on I 10 in Louisiana have a sit down cafe, called the Quick Skillet. -
Nevermind, I'm thinking of the Flying J up the road.
-
I ran through there about 2 years ago and was surprised to see the J.
-
I usually stay at the TA on Dallas Pike in Wheeling when I cruise through there.
