I90 PILOT

There are many of them on 90. Any other clues as to which one?

 

lol...id just avoid em all. route 80 is a little better, but not much.

 

I had a problem at a flying J in Waco TX off 35. Called the number on the back of the door and got 4 free showers and a few other minor perks. They make it better if you call.

 

Did you tell the manager? They usually give you another shower and voucher for another one.

 

New Yersey Truck Stops and anything north from I-70 is a dump!

 

So did you tell any one that work there of the deplorable conditons?
Did you ask for a shower credit refund, yes they are suppose to do that if your not satisfied with your shower.

I suggest you go over to that large social media page that has face in the name, and visit thier page, where you can post your comments, and where some one from pilot will comment to you and even leave a email addy you can write to, to talk about your bad expearance.
Far as i know Pilot doesn't monitor over here for comments on thier locations.
Yes they will respond. i have ahve a couple of bad expearnces at the same location in Califorina, and the regioanl manager actully called me and offerd an acceptable offer, to show his willingness to get get things made right.
