Ok, you're bad luck today, that I'm just not in the mood....
What we have here is a prime example of someone who needs to read and comprehend what was said before they pickup their mike OOPS! (Keyboard)and make a fool of themselves!
1) IF you had read the post carefully you'd have noted the section about the roads are been clear for more than a few minutes. And I'll pass on some knowledge that will be wasted on some: the cruise on these newer engines has a lower tolerance for slip than your careful right foot. They detect it has rising RPM long before you can feel or hear it.
2) I'm not bragging, but I've probably got almost as many safe miles in crappy conditions as a 2 year veteran has on good roads in their entire career.
3) Most driving schools couldn't give the above lesson, because they haven't the knowledge or experience level necessary to understand it themselves. (And yes I know there's some good schools out there. And a heap more bad ones!)
Since I must get going, I'll reserve the right to further comment later. And hope that a careful reread of the original post by some respondents will result in at least a dim light coming on over their heads!

I was going to say the same. I don't use cruise in slick weather. I do use jake on low stage tho.
