iddl and the iphone

I've been running iddl on my iphone for a few months and have really gotten used to it and enjoyed the simplicity. I could email "reports" of my log sheets from the phone, print them out and they'd be there in my truck.

About 3-4 weeks ago, I've not been able to view my log reports either on the web or have them emailed to me. I've contacted customer support on multiple occasions with no reply. My $9.99 monthly fee is current, but no service.

Since I've gotten no support and no answers to this problem, I've cancelled the account and will reluctantly sign on with udrove.

Two questions:

1. Anyone else on iddl experiencing this problem?
2. Anyone using udrove that wants to offer their thoughts on this product?
