That's interesting what you're saying because most of the hhg trucks that I see are pretty big long wheelbase set forward axle crappy turning radius trucks.

Yeah, I met one driver from Ohio who pulled up in an Argosy, it looked like a spaceship to us movers who are much more used to seeing super sleepers.
If you're not going to be all-out living on the road though, I'd say the guy with the Argosy has the right idea.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -

Been thinking and reading on this more. Of course, there's a lot of debate on these kind of topics in the trucking world and a lot of personal preference factors to take into account.
But from what seems to be objectively agreed upon, here's what I've come up with so far:
Freightliner: #1 in cheap parts, service availability
Volvo: Sharpest turns
Mack/Freightliner/Volvo: Best fuel efficiency
Does that sound about right to everyone?
