The suspect, Joseph Brown, is now going by the name "Tony Bocker" and claiming to be with MegaCorp Logistics. Tony is using phone number 804-349-6176 and fax 804-277-4223. On 7/2/2013, Tony double brokered a load of solar panels, which is believed to be in Atlanta, GA.

Identity Theft

Incident Description
QTI Service Corporation reported that someone named Joseph Brown is posting loads on load boards as an Agent of QTI, but he has no affiliation with the company. He is using a QTI rate confirmation with doctored information and has had at least one carrier pickup a load for him under QTI's name. Please practice due diligence when booking a load. QTI Service Corporation's legitimate information is below as well as the information the suspect is using.
