Somebody is gonna owe Union Pacific some big money!!!
Police: Truck driver suspected of trying to 'beat a train' caused 15 car derailment

Edit: in the video at 4:52 on what’s left of the trailer you can see part of the “Halliburton” logo(white lettering) on what’s left of the trailer-this driver was playing in the sandbox!!
On top of that some of the container well cars that derailed are articulated(usually 3-5 cars in a set)-not exactly easy to separate in a derailment!!

At least it was only 15 cars. Could have been the whole train. Tho it looks as if some one may have not kept up the maintenance in that section. The train stayed on the track everywhere else. Bad ties probably

We have a dual main, sometimes TWO fast trains at 50 and 65 make a rolling meet one passing other in same direction at the same time. Shakes the very ground. 20,000+ tons and 30,000 howling horses dragging up the grade and over.

They aint stopping for nothing. If there was a smack it would be a mile plus to get em stopped while the idiot is ground under. Just like grating cheese. Grate grate grate all the way down. First the vehcile. When thats ground away, then it starts grinding the human inside.
