For what it’s worth mines still doing it occasionally. I can make it do it, sometimes. After idling a while, taking off, holding the RPMs steady, it’ll do it. It was always around 900-1300 when I first noticed it.Thats due to shifting habits. I find I can make it sputter at almost any rpm, by holding the pedal steady. It’s as if the fuel filters are running out of fuel. Once I rev it up a bit, it goes away. They’re always full though, when I check or change them. I’m still thinking an air leak. Though my new injectors I put in came with one out of the box. Wish I’d made a note of which one it was, using the injector calibration code. It may be bad. I’m still looking for a bad fuel line, between my tanks and engine. Maybe a leaking fuel pump? It seeped fuel for a while after I put it on. Then it stopped. I did up the calibrations on the injectors. The highest # to 75, and the other 5 increased the same amount (difference). That may be the problem. Going to check fuel lines good, and set calibrations back to original suggested settings if I have to. Very well could be the problem according to DD literature.

I’m having the same issue since I deleted my DEF, replaced all injectors and nothing, it always happens when I’m in cold areas (30° or bellow). Will keep an eye on this thread, thank you so much.

My truck has same issue. Got it checked at 3 different mechanics. No one could find fault. Its stumble and blow white smoke when accelerates from idle speed. Its fully delete. Changed injectors too but nothing worked.
