Drunk drivers are the number 1 killer on our hiways. Most DWIs end up with about 10k in fines and off to the races. But thats not as dangerous as a truck with a driver that doesnt speak english? Lets focus on #### that matters...

The difference is I would learn the language BEFORE I took up residence in a new country and I certainly would not even attempt to drive even a moped before I had a grasp on the rules & regulations.

100% correct. Now keep in mind, we are talking (according to the "experts") about taking 10,000 drivers off the road. Again, how many crashes are caused by not being able to read english? How many because they were looking at their phone? How many DUIs?
In the grand scheme of ALL truck accident, what percentage is the cause "because the driver couldnt read english"?
