For a math major you are somehow confused that 2 examples from a whole doesn't equal the rate of occurrence for those examples and also that those 2 examples aren't a measure of their percentage within the total.

Ok, suspended license because of a dui. Whats that got to not reading english? He didnt put the truck over the median like that because he didnt read a road sign...

 

I blew that picture up on the "what if it snows" thread. If you blow up the picture of the FIRST frame when the truck passes, you will see a you tube video playing in a display on the dash AND the driver holding a phone at the same time. Again, what has THAT got to do with not being able to read english?
