If ever towed get the Garage or On Hook insurance information before hand

One time I had a driver have a medical emergency while driving and the truck was abandoned alongside the highway as the ambulance picked him up. In fact when this happened it’s somewhere here on TTR.

Long story short I had to hire a tow company to deliver the load and park it at the truck stop. Well, they ended up damaging the bunk extender aero fairing while making the delivery. Of course, they denied it and would not give me insurance information. Got screwed but your case is so much more severe.

I definitely completely agree, vet them just as if they were a carrier before using. When you are in need of help and vulnerable, these companies take full advantage it seems like.
