I do weight training and the minimum for me would be twice a week.

    Any ideas?

Also, does the driver have to pay for his own food?

    Thanks for looking.

Quality work-outs are tough. Jogging and basic calisthenics is always an option. Every now and then you'll see a truck parked at a major national chain fitness facility but few of these are easily accessible in a truck and you'd need to know who is accessible and will allow heavy trucks on the lot ahead of time. The major chains generally let you use your membership anywhere, anytime, otherwise.

A handful of truckstops across the nation have "workout rooms" but the definition of "workout room" probably varies. (Maybe they'll have a treadmill that works, maybe they won't)

Some companies pay some toward meals, some don't. I received $14.00 per day.
As for workouts, start keeping a list as you travel. Many truckstops near malls with fitness centers.

Kick the fifth wheel back a notch, throw some weight under the bunk and make it happen. I stop very single day. Lol
