they don't need drivers as bad as they once did. if you do find someone to hire you they will likely be a fly by night operation that will screw you and probably further screw your driving record.
a few years back i think cdl was optional with some companys...lol
If I get my CDL back, can I drive in North Dakota?

Just be truthful wherever you apply because failing a drug test will show up on your DAC report. Obviously, if you tell them you've never failed a drug test and they pull your Dac, its going to tell a different story. That ticket may show up since you didn't pay the fine when you were supposed to so Id tell them about that too. I still have a speeding ticket from VA on my Dac that I got 11 years ago and I paid the fine on time. It was a ticket for 15 over and in VA 15 over is considered wreckless driving so its still there, even though the ticket just said "Speeding".

Ill tell you what Im waiting to see. I want to see whats going to happen when someone from Colorado, where pot is legal, fails a drug test and the case goes to the Colorado Supreme Court? They would not be able to find for the Federal Govt because pot is legal in Colorado. Even if they find for the pot smoker, could they force the Federal Govt to honor their decision?LOL
The only way the U.S. Supreme Court will hear a case is if there was some kind of error in the judgement and obviously the Colorado Supreme Court would not have made an error by finding for the potsmoker since pot is legal in Colorado? LOL That is going to be interesting to watch.Last edited: Apr 17, 2014
