If it's not on my DAC, should I disclose it?

Tend to agree with rod knocker. Pay the $7 or small fee and get a copy of your MVR. If its not on your MVR (your probably in one of the states where your employer is not required by law to report accidents to DOT. NO TICKET = NO ACCIDENT. Forget about it. Keep on truckin.

I just got mine in the mail and it was pretty though about 120 pages long. It had my DAC report, Back ground check report and the companies who requested them (Including the names of the recruiters who pulled your DAC) Not only that it had all of the driver licenses I had and all of the addresses I lived at. Plus tickets and drug tests. I also found out that a guy committed a F felony in 2007 and his information is on my DAC. Maybe he gave a fake SS number that ended up to be mine. It had the guy's full name and date of birth on there. I'm surprised nobody didn't say anything about this. After finding this out I ordered a credit report just in case the guy stole my Identity and nothing is on there. Your MVR is in the DAC report too. If you have a long trucking history. Don't be shocked if your DAC is a lot of pages. I only been driving for 2 years and it was 100+ pages.

 

I would go and try to pull the accident report. If there is not an accident report then there are no written down facts about the accident. The only thing that could be recorded is if the insurance company reported it. Your union guy might be Able to tell you the paper trail that the accompany creates.
