Well, hopefully for the Motoring public, the Mr doesn't anymore Drink-Drive.
From the MANY Nationwide Tractor-Trailer DUI Convictions I've read about, they carry more weight towards Restricted/Eliminated Class A/B Driving especially when "other drugs" and/or Accidents are involved.
CHEERS!!
If I've NEVER had a CDL but have two DUI'S, can I apply to get a CDL? (Virginia)

Yeah, those Russkies! When I travel in China, people ask me if I'm a Russkie and say I look like one.
I tell them I'm not a Russkie, but if I was, that's ok too. -
Of course you can. Doesn't hurt to ask. Go to your local dmv and say I'm here to apply for a CDL

My information is 2 weeks old and this Covid thing is changing it seems every day. Last I heard you need an appt just to get inside any of the Virginia DMV offices. I have not tried but have heard several people say trying to get info via phone is useless. A normal situation I would wholeheartedly agree with, ask them. Right now getting general information from almost any Virginia state office is difficult.

If you've had a DUI within 10 years most companies will #### can your resume. Your best bet is to contact your local DMV for your specific state.
