Try this approach, why don't you try to be a company driver instead of a lease purchase driver? It's not that it is a shame for you, and perhaps the other drivers in this forum may not have approached it the right way.

I was after a company driver position when I was told lease or go home on my nickle broke. As I said I should have gone home then. The drug trade is the only business with more criminals in it.

Good luck in trying any legal action against Prime. They are very connected and have been defending themselves and their practices for years.I would bet a dime to a dollar that everything they did was according to the contract that you signed.

It is not a matter of you trying to do for your family. There are tons of trucking companies in SC. where you could have gotten a job with 19 years of experience. It is at it appears in these posts that you reached for something without being prepared for it.

I have no intentions of suing the billionaire con-artist that would truly be a waist of time and resources. Once again the criminals are protected by their money. You are probably right I sure that some where in that contract it said that I was to work for free but in the 25 pages of fine print I missed it. Congratulations Prime you threw another driver under the truck. What goes around comes around.

Five years of trucking and you've never heard anything bad about England? Sounds like just the place for you.
