Where was that at, I've been here 57 years. Must of been off of Cheyenne and Civic Center. Lots of schools off Craig in that area. Yeah its a crappy part of town, Summerlin, Aliante, Mountains Edge, Southern Highland and a lot more are nice. I live in Southern Highlands, nice area to raise a family. They just built a new elementary school 100 yards from me.Steel Dragon Thanks this.

Like any city, there's the rough areas. Summerlin is one of the better places; clean and safe.
The weather is hot/warm mostly year round, but it's a dry heat so not as noticeable.Steel Dragon Thanks this. -

Phoenix can suck a bit in late summer. I worked at a truck stop fueling rigs in 79. The humidity is pretty high and when its 113 outside and 50% humidity you're dying. I love the heat but man that was a rough summer even for desert rat like myself.

KKW is also on my list and have already talked the recruiter .
Watkins-Shepard is now owned by Schneider. -
Chattanooga is an awesome place to live. Little debbie is in collegedale which is knoxville side of chattanooga. Us express is in chattanooga. Great scenery, plenty of outdoor activities local or within an hour drive, great community/atmosphere. Kinda makes me wonder why i moved back to arkansas lol.

I think it was west of the strip, but I am not certain, it was back in 2003. I went there for training to work in a casino right when I hit 21 years of age. I do know it was close to the strip. I remember arriving and being a bit nervous because I was out of my element. Wasn't used to seeing neighborhoods like that. Now its not a big deal I've learned since if you just mind your own business you'll be fine almost all of the time.Chinatown and Steel Dragon Thank this.

Hmmm let me think. Used to be a place they called "Naked City" It was behind at the time Vegas World which is now called the Stratosphere hotel. Directly across from the Sahara hotel which is now called the SLS. Yeah that was rough. That would of been the roughest area west of the strip, close to casinos.Steel Dragon Thanks this.
