If you have OTR experience and you get hired do you still have to train?

    Let's make believe I have 6 months OTR and I am going to a new company. Just out of curiosity do they still send you out with a trainer for 6 weeks?

    It all depends on the type of experience YOU have and what their company requirements are. They could send you with a trainer for a quick "out and back" trip to make sure you understand their computer use and paperwork procedures.
