If you have problems with Hireright/DAC

I have and still trying to figure it out

 

My DAC has lies on it , but its the people that told the lies that I have a problem with, DAC is just a system ticked off companies use because there is no penalty for the vengeful way they use the system. Its validity will diminish as more companies figure this out.

 

I realise I can dispute a claim but I get the run around . One number they had me call to verify ,and file complaint said I had nothin on my record wat so ever.

 

Then how do you know you do?

 

Idk I'm just ignoring what they said.

 

I was told I had something on my dac by a recruiter. He gave me there number and I called hire right. They gave me a number to dispute the claim. A different department they were the ones who informed me I had nothing at all on my report. So idk whatcthe deal is.

 

Its possible it is on the website verifications. I had something on mine and couldnt get hired but my dac came back clean. Dac says they have no control of the web verification.

 

I have 2 red marks on mine , called DAC & got transferred to the reporting place , gave them my imfo . About 30 days later I got a envelope from them & it said charges were correctly filed ! It is BS , but I do not know what to do about it . The company that filed them has all the imfo , because at the time the incodent happened I was told to send the photo's , name & numbers to them . Same thing I have done afew times in the past ! Thats what happens when you take the time to check all company dropped trailers at a customer !!
