Thank you & yes, take it as a blessing in disguise they never called back! I wish I could ride with him but with 2 dogs that would make for a small space to be really tight. If we ever lose one of them I'll go, but they are only 3 so I'm hoping that doesn't happen anytime soon. It'd be nice though since I spend all my time home.

I want to again thank TTR for stepping into this thread, cleaning it up and allowing it to continue. The story continues as the OP's hubby and co-driver have moved from CRE to USX and onto CEVA dedicated fleet--as a result of information garnered here from TruckerDuo. I'd like to know how things work out at USX, too.

This is TTR at its best. Thx.

    Dewey120 and MidnightStars20 Thank this.

Wow, let's see at 60 mph that is only 137 hrs for that week, not likely.

Very likely with a team, which is what the OP's husband is going to be doing.

He was a trainer at CRE and got between 7-9,000 as long as they kept him with loads, so yeah it's totally feasible.

The driver who did that was teaming. I ran into him at our Colton, CA terminal. He was telling me that he did 8,200 the previous week. He isn't doing that every week but on the Ceva dedicated account...you can expect 6,000 or more.

Another F.Y.I- Be aware that C.R England is under severe scrutiny as well as going through a civil law suit. Again, new truckers go elsewhere and you will be treated with much more respect and dignity. I suppose that there are other bad companies that equate to the same as C.R England but my advice to you is not to fall into the same trap as I and other "rookie" truckers alike. Stick to the smaller companies that see you as an asset rather than a number. If I can assist any new trucker or give any further advice feel free to drop me an e- mail via this site.

I am sorry, but I still don't accept 8200 in a week, that would be 68.5 hrs per driver not counting traffic delays, pre trip, loading/unloading and the such.
