    Hairline split on number 5 fire ring. Heat travelled to water jacket which melted it causing coolant to bubble and foam over but not enough to register with a compression gas test kit.

    Ok, then a defective headgasket or liner protrution or liner not level. Even the new grommets will burn from compression or uneven spacerplate or deck of head not true. Check spacerplate thickness even new ones are not true. Had to mic 5 new ones until I found a true one.
