    Feeling the same way basically. Make it through the winter and see what happens. We’re still working, decently, Workover rig wise. Took a lay off for a couple months earlier in the year thought.

    Deader than dead in my area of the Marcellus. The just put a up a compressor station behind the house at one of the pads but other than that no activity

    It’s ####ing dead every where I got trucks sitting im sick of the #### guys otr making 3 times more than we are due to bs rates and little to no work.

    I’m very fortunate in staying busy with rig work so far, keywords though are “so far” lol.

    I’ve been throwing the idea of buying my own equipment around for the last couple of years. I’m going to wait and see how things play out until after the election and first of the year. If I decide to leave I imagine myself and good friend of mine would run teams until we find something more accommodating for the both of us.

    Yeah I agree that’s what I’m thinking one of my friends bought a truck I told him before he did it to wait til next boom and now he a truck payment and no job he got laid off hauling oil and I’m barely running one truck out of 5 sometimes two trucks when their is loads I’m just about to park them all but two and go OTR for awhile and keep the other two on oil just unsure never done OTR been in the oilfields since I was 16 it’s all I know

    I was OTR before the oilfield. It’s not bad, just different... definitely different lol.
