that's not the way i recall it to be.

but i could be misunderstanding it as well.

i took it to mean he is disregarding the accidents he had in the past, and continued on counting, like they never happened. .

so ok, it starts all over again. .

Im sure he didnt get into a accident every single mile for 700,000 miles... So those miles are all accident free. Heck im sure that accident didnt happen over an entire mile. Probably just a small portion of a mile. If it more than 1/2 thay mile was accident free well thanjust round up and call it a accident free mile.

that would be wrong, an accident is an accident, no matter 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile or 1 full mile.

By whos standards? If you take out 1/4 mile of traffic. You should get credit for the 3\4 of the mile you wasnt involved in the accident. I like to round up so id just call it a accident free mile.

While an employer can look at your job history and DAC, it's against federal law to ask if you're married or have kids. So let's take that out of the equation all together. Any employer dumb enough to ask the question or tell you that's a problem before hiring you is setting himself up for an expensive lawsuit that you would easily win.

well, that is wrong. it is lying, you had an accident. you think when you go for another job your new employer will not get a DMV on you?

you can lie all you want, but you ain't gonna fool anyone else.

then you'll have to lie, on top of lies.

good luck, "rounding off" your numbers.

there are ways around that..they can say something like, "your spouse will be happy with your time off as you will be too"

or..."now you can make it to the kids birthday parties or school events"

it's how one answers........"i have no wife or kids"

or..."yeah, now she'll have a honey do list a mile long"...
